The New Current started out as a music website that offered unique interviews and reviews from bands all over the world. Through using MYSPACE we connected with bands and singers who wanted their music to be heard.

What makes The New Current unique was that we didn't take a penny from acts, big or small, who wanted us to review, feature or for interview. This gives The New Current a great edge and we set out to create an arts and culture website that provided a unique and unrestricted voice within the arts.

The New Current does not advertise, we do not copy and paste press releases, and we DO NOT charge any creative for listings, interviews or reviews.
